A Nice Closeup of B.F. McClerren portraying Abraham Lincoln.
He has many of the facial features, as well as great oratory skills.

Dorothy McClerren AKA, Mary Lincoln captivated our children with a talk about living in the Whitehouse, and her Mr. Lincoln

Many of my students at Cowden-Herrick really believe they have met Abraham Lincoln and the First Lady.  This cloeup of Dorothy McClerren demonstrates her "First Grade Teacher" attitude and understanding of children during the "question and answer" sessions at their visits to my school.  She has many similarities to the actual Mary Todd Lincoln of the 19th Century.

Another shot of B.F. McClerren demonstrating rail splitting at the school, in preparation for building an actual rail fence.  Mac also can play the harmonica and of course knows many of Abraham Lincoln's important speeches by memory, and is a Lincoln scholar.  Actually, B.F. McClerren operates his own orchard and vegetable garden in Illinois with a large variety of fruits and vegetables.
