Hi,
you
know my name. I really don't like being called Tadpole, but Tad
is
OK. I would like to show you our bedroom. We share the
room, but
Mother and Father let us play anywhere in the house but the sitting
parlor. We like to play hide and seek, stick ball, and go outside
and run
around our street. There are a lot of other children to play with
on
Jackson Street.
We like to pretend a lot. Sometimes we have court. You know
Father
is gone a lot, and we miss him. He tells us a lot of stories
about things
that happen in court. He is the BEST storyteller. We really
love
our Mother and Father. Father lets us get by with mischief, and
Mother
gets really angry sometimes over that. I guess we should try to
behave
better. Boys will be boys, and that's the way it is in this house.
